Every Sunday growing up we would head to our grandparents for a Sunday Feast. Traditional dishes and lots of desserts would delight all the children. One of our family favourite treats was our grandpa’s butter tarts. The counter would be covered with them, laying on sheets of newsprint (it was what was used at the time but, parchment works for us) ready to be devoured by all.
